I first started reading this series back when I was a freshman in high school, now I'm a freshman in college, and cannot believe this is the end. This has been a wild ride and some things in this book that happened to Cammie have happened to me (not major spy stuff but some boys and eavesdropping here and there. And maybe a bit of some sneaking out). But am sad to see this wonderful series come to an end, although am glad that it didn't literally go out with a bang ( not including the academy).

I still want to know what happenes next. There is always something happening with these characters, I'm sure.

I wish I was able to read about Rachel and Joe's wedding, what happened to Catherine, and if ever Mr. Townsend and Zach got to bond on a father-son scale. Was Abby still with Mr. Townsend? If Cammie ever decided on what she'd call Joe Solomon as her stepfather? Is Rachel still headmaster? Will she resign from the academy, have a honeymoon with Joe? What was Preston doing now? Does he still see Macey? Are they still together? How is Cammie living the college life? What is Zach doing while she is in college? Does she still go on missions? Do Liz, Bex, Macey, and Cam still keep in touch? What are the Blackthorne boys up to? Do they still keep in touch with Zach? Is Solomon still on the run? Is Amirah going to ever see the country she rules over? Does the Gallagher Academy get rebuilt in the same place or is it going to be relocated? What was the cover story in Roseville for the Academy? Does Josh wonder about Cammie? Did he move on? Is he going to college? Stay with his father and help work? Does he ever run in to Cammie in the future? What will Cammie be like as she gets older? Spinoff for anyone? Isn't there an epilogue?

I've read this e-book, but I still need a hard copy of this story. And what better place is there to buy this book then Barnes& Noble?...

Double Crossed: A Spies and Thieves Story by Ally Carter

I really liked this mixed story of spies and thieves. I've read the Gallagher Girls books but this made me want to check out the Heist Society and get to know Kat and her friends like I did Cammie and her gang. This book wasn't overtly amazing, but interesting and intruiging enother to the reader (me) to want to know more, and just to throw alittle spy lingo, do some reconn. Well Kat, see you on the flip side!.

The One: The Tale of a Lost Romantic in Seoul by Steve Justice

Love it!. Insightful. Intriguing. An absolute MUST READ. Would definitely recommend!.

In the beginning, it has the narrator spout what he did. Like having a conversation (something I took quite a liking to) with a third party outsider with no personal interest in the matter, but nonetheless a story to be told.

This particular story pulled me in not because of the fact that it was a student/teacher complex, but that it was of a completely different perspective. The persona of the narrator is probably more common then we think, but we never really get to hear from this side of things, especially the teacher's point of view.

I know I haven't. I have literally never read anything like this before.
How the narrator mentions the other people in his life obviously explains how much of a constant they are in his life and of there importance to him.
In his wife's case, lack thereof, for she is not given the credit of importance, but rather the credit of inconvenience, the old ball and chain as the narrator so eloquently puts it.


The only person he considered a friend would be Adam, but that does not last.

When his student, Hana Kim, makes her presence known, the shock the narrator felt was sure enough to give him whiplash. His infatuation with her soon became an obsession. His life was so uneventful before that most thing he started to do post-Hana, even the smallest gesture I felt chills up my back every time he got the courage to do something out of the ordinary. 


What had actually stood out to me was that he only wanted somebody to love, and be loved.
He was certainly missing that in his childhood. The only other time was with his first love, Jess.

When he confides in Adam about everything, the reaction Adam has finally dawns on me as to why he is his bravado, wild, and single self. He mentioned before what he yearned for, although the narrator didn't pay much attention to it.
My solution was to switch their places in life, and they would be right at home. They envied one another, and my guess would be that if they had grown up in the other's shoes, they would turn out exactly the way that seemed fitting for them. But things didn't work that way.


Everything the narrator said I either ate up or made me think, agreed with or agreed to disagree. This was something refreshing to me to read, and I loved every bit of the author's outstanding writing.
